Erzirve Optik, established in Istanbul in 2010, is one of Turkey's leading companies in optical frame and sunglasses manufacturing.
Our company, which produces with innovative materials such as TR90, Ultem and Clip-On models, continues to be a pioneer in the sector in quality and design. By working with expert designers from home and abroad, we develop products that catch global trends.
Today, with 7 different brands, we serve in 7 regions of Turkey and 24 countries. We continue our operations at our modern production facility Erzirve Plaza in Ikitelli Organized Industrial Zone.

From Design to Delivery
Each pair of glasses reaches you through a meticulously applied 9-step production process.
Design
Our expert team analyzes fashion trends to design frames and completes the molding phase.
Injection
TR90 raw material goes through clean molding process to produce the first frame or temple components.
Deburring and Grinding
Completed frames are processed with deburring and vibration machines to become flawless.
Assembly
Frames and temples are assembled according to model specifications, decorative details are added.
Engraving
Product details (color, temple length, bridge width) are engraved for customer reference.
Polishing
Surface smoothing is applied to completed frames for quality enhancement.
Varnishing
Varnishing prevents deformation of injection frames and increases durability.
Quality Control
Lenses are installed, all glasses are adjusted and meticulously checked for quality assurance.
Storage and Shipment
Products are systematically stored and quickly dispatched upon order.
