9-Stage Production Process
Each pair of glasses is manufactured to the highest quality standards through the following production stages.
Frame Design
Our expert teams analyze and design frames, completing the molding stage with necessary revisions. Our designers from domestic and international markets create original models by following global trends.
Injection
TR90 raw material goes through clean molding to produce the first frame or temple components. High-quality TR90 material provides lightness and durability.
Deburring and Grinding
Gates are identified and cut on completed frames, then defects are removed through deburring and vibration machine processing.
Assembly
Frames and temples are assembled according to model specifications, decorative elements are added. Each part is meticulously joined together.
Internal Engraving
Product details (color, temple length, bridge width, lens area width) are engraved for customer reference.
Polishing
Surface smoothing is applied to completed frames for quality enhancement. A smooth and glossy surface is achieved.
Varnishing
Varnishing prevents deformation of injection frames; surface-coated glasses receive varnish after polishing.
Quality Control
Lenses are installed and all glasses are adjusted, meticulously checked for quality assurance. Every product must meet our standards.
Storage and Shipment
Products are systematically stored and quickly dispatched upon order. Delivered to customers with secure packaging.
